Shipping & Delivery Policy

This policy covers takeaway pickup and local delivery from Urban Taste Grill. We do not currently ship perishable food outside our local area.

Takeaway Orders

Takeaway orders may be placed by phone at (614) 772-0223. Orders are typically ready for pickup within 25–40 minutes, depending on kitchen volume. You will receive a confirmation when your order is ready.

Local Delivery

We offer local delivery within a 10-mile radius of 145 Penn St, Millheim, PA 16854. Delivery is available during regular business hours and typically arrives within 45–75 minutes after the order is confirmed. Delivery fees may apply based on distance.

Delivery Hours

• Monday–Thursday: 11:30 AM – 9:30 PM
• Friday–Saturday: 11:30 AM – 10:30 PM
• Sunday: 11:00 AM – 8:30 PM

Gift Card Shipping

Physical gift cards are shipped by USPS First-Class Mail within 2 business days of purchase. Digital gift cards are delivered by email within minutes. Shipping is free.

Issues With Your Order

If your order is late, incorrect, or arrives in unsatisfactory condition, please contact us within 2 hours at (614) 772-0223 or sales@urbantastedine.com. We will make it right.
