Refund Policy

At Urban Taste Grill, your satisfaction matters. This Refund Policy explains how we handle refunds and concerns for our dine-in, takeaway, delivery, and gift card services.

Dine-In

If you are not satisfied with a dish, please notify your server during your visit. We will gladly remake the item, offer a substitute, or remove it from your bill. Refund requests after leaving the restaurant should be sent to sales@urbantastedine.com within 48 hours.

Takeaway & Delivery Orders

If your takeaway or delivery order is incorrect, missing items, or arrives damaged, contact us within 2 hours of pickup or delivery at (614) 772-0223. We will issue a refund to your original payment method or a credit toward a future order.

Reservation Cancellations

Standard reservations do not require a deposit and may be cancelled at any time at no charge. Large-party reservations (8+) and private events may require a deposit; cancellation terms will be communicated at the time of booking.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable but never expire. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
